Novartis General Construction

Freedom Industries completed a general construction project for Novartis in Holly Springs, NC, with 30 workers and a budget of $7,300,000. On the mechanical side, we installed architectural steel around doors and windows, and site plumbing to various job trailers. Additionally, we helped set up the office for the general contractor, maintained the site’s run-off ponds, and installed silt and snow fencing. We provided further site maintenance by hauling in rocks, cleaning the road, and spraying it with water or sweeping it as necessary.  On the electrical side, we installed all temporary electrical services to the contractor trailers, installed and relocated all temporary services to the facility, and provided temporary lighting.   We installed the underground duct bank, underground conduit at the main electrical building and provided exterior building grounding and repairs.
