Quality is not just a job we leave behind for our customers; it is a measure of our character. It’s being people that always give our best and who hold each other to the highest ethical standard; without exception!
We all make mistakes and they can be addressed and forgiven. Compromising integrity (honesty, truthfulness, trustworthiness, faithfulness, etc.) whether it’s individually or corporately is unacceptable and inexcusable. If you stumble then you should own up to it, seek forgiveness, and take whatever corrective action necessary for restoration.
We are not to let any unwholesome word(s) come out of our mouths. We should be constructive to the encouragement of others. Words matter a great deal and the ones we use when communicating with others must be respectful and wholesome. Respect goes beyond what we say; it also includes treating others’ property as if it were our own.
Do the right thing all the time. We must be accountable to both each other and our customers. Always be on time and never leave early. Give a full day’s work for a full day’s pay. We must be there when needed and stay as long as necessary to get the job done safely and at the highest standard.
The greatest leader to ever live came to serve rather than to be served. By putting others first they will be eager to follow our lead.
To whom much is given much is required. Our time and talents are valuable and we must always use them responsibly as we seek to do our part in making our company a profitable, healthy and secure workplace for everyone.
