Our Safety Culture
At Freedom Industries “Quality with Integrity” is our motto but safety is job #1. Our goal is to protect the safety of each employee that walks through our door as well as to protect our customers’ interests.
We work hard to create a work environment for our employees’ that is hazard-free. We strive to achieve this environment through many tools including a comprehensive safety program, annual training, site-specific training, daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) and job-site audits.
A safety-minded atmosphere is established from day one when a new employee joins our team. Every employee hired on receives a safety orientation that includes job specific hazard awareness as well as a drug screening. Training and awareness toward safety does not just stop there. Once orientated, our employees have available to them various training opportunities to help them grow and develop in safety, as well as within the company. In addition, random drug screenings are administered on a monthly basis.
