We have served as a self-performing construction management team for the mill - overseeing and performing civil, concrete, structural steel, electrical power distribution and controls, HVAC, piping, rigging, millwright and fabrication.
The overall project was a complete plant revitalization.

Our Electrical, Mechanical and Heavy Industrial teams completed this new manufacturing facility project for Grifols in Clayton, NC with 50 employee-owners and budget of $11,200,000.
The facility was a new 3-story manufacturing building in which we provided all power for the building, including clean rooms and industrial space.
We performed all process instrumentation and controls, including all instrumentation tubing.

Our Mechanical team is completing several Underground and Above Ground plumbing projects for Jacobs at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotech in Holly Springs, NC with 60 employee-owners and a budget of $14,000,000.
The project was partial design build. We installed FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) in select buildings, a complete underground plumbing system in four buildings, and above ground plumbing in three buildings.
Our team has installed CIP (stainless), cast iron, pvc, and copper. The project was completed on a quick schedule and each milestone achieved with an exceptional safety record.

Our Electrical team completed R3 project for Jacobs at Pfizer in Rocky Mount, NC with 30 employee-owners and a $13,000,000 budget.
We provided the power and controls for the electrical systems, including automation, data/network, fire alarm, security, commissioning, testing and FDA documentation.

The project involved a large warehouse addition with labs for chemical analysis and cold storage.
